Garden re-leaf day

With spring just around the corner, we are offering a four hour blitz of clients gardens, or a 90 minute garden design consult for FREE on 19th March. This is also GARDEN RE-LEAF DAY, when people give up their time to raise funds for Greenfingers Charity, who design and create gardens for Children’s Hospices, and for whom I am a trustee. So in return for our ‘FREE’ visit, we are inviting pledges here. In addition our team are donating half their salary to Greenfingers.

So if you fancy a blitz or design consult in return for a donation to this incredible charity, please email me – spaces on the day are strictly limited!

Charity plant sale

During lockdown #1 when garden centres were shut, we sold 100 selection boxes of cut flowers and veg plants, grown by us, so that people could easily embrace the concept of ‘Growing your own’.
Over £2500 was raised for Berkshire Womens Aid, (BWA) Oxfam, and Medical Aid for Palestinians. So as we celebrate our 25th anniversary, the boxes are back again!

Find out how to order yours here. They will be available from 25th May, but it’s strictly first come first served, with all proceeds this year going to BWA. Thanks for supporting us, and thanks to several generous clients who are donating surplus plants to the scheme!

Bottle your garden forever

We are very proud of the fact that we don’t do ‘ordinary’. So finding other like-minded artisans is always a joy, especially when their skill is capturing the extraordinary and presenting it so beautifully. The Wonder of Spring Bulbs

No one can resist the allure of spring bulbs for they really signal that winter is over and the days are getting longer. However planting bulbs on mass can be tedious to say the least, especially when faced with nearly 40,000 of them, which is what we planted in 2016/17. Good job then that the
