As the passion for home grown produce continues to grow, I am delighted to report that our prediction that cut flowers grown at home would also enjoy a renaissance has proven accurate.
Working closely with a client in the Chilterns, this cut flower garden continues to develop, with us now growing seed saved from previous years – the ultimate in sustainability.
Interestingly the ‘own produced seed,’ saved from sweet peas sown the year before grew much better (Right hand batch in pics below) than shop bought seed that was meant to be the same strain.
